Information we collect

• Contact form: name, email address, and the message you send us.
• Booking a call: name, email address, and phone number, used to schedule and confirm the call and send reminders.
• Affiliate portal sign-in: your email address and basic profile info from Google Sign-In, used to identify your account.
• Internal team tools: Rayth’s own partners’ phone numbers, used only to send them internal operational notifications (e.g. a new task or lead) through our internal admin dashboard. This is not a public sign-up — numbers are entered directly by Rayth’s own team members, never collected from site visitors or a purchased list.
• Standard server logs: basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) generated by normal web server operation. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

How we use information

We use the information above to respond to inquiries, schedule and manage calls, operate the affiliate program, run our own internal operations, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

SMS and text messages

Rayth’s SMS number is used solely for internal operational notifications between Rayth’s own team members (e.g. task assignments, pipeline updates). We do not send marketing text messages to site visitors or clients, and we do not share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes. Message and data rates may apply. To stop receiving internal notifications, a team member can remove their number from the dashboard at any time, or contact us at the email below.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business — for example, our email delivery provider, our calendar/scheduling provider, our database/authentication provider, and our SMS provider — solely to perform the function we use them for. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Data retention and your rights

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected for (e.g. booking history, affiliate account records). You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing us at the address below.
